Key Responsibilities:

New Business Acquisition:

Identify and target prospective clients across multiple industries.

Conduct research, cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and attend events to generate leads.

Develop and present tailored recruitment solutions to potential clients.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Understand clients’ hiring needs, business challenges, and culture to provide suitable talent solutions.

Act as the key point of contact, ensuring excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.

Sales Strategy & Target Achievement:

Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve revenue targets.

Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.

Negotiate fees and terms of business with clients.

Market Intelligence & Collaboration:
-
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and recruitment challenges.

Work closely with recruitment consultants and delivery teams to ensure successful placement outcomes.

Contribute to marketing initiatives and campaigns as needed.

Reporting & CRM Management:
Requirements:
-
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the recruitment industry.
-
Strong knowledge of staffing/recruitment solutions and service models.
-
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
-
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
-
Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

A valid driver's license (if travel to clients is required).

5 - 10 years Recruitment Sales experience
