We are looking for Top Candidates to Join our  team. Join our team if you have dealt with blue-chip companies, tenders and Key Accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Acquisition:

    • Identify and target prospective clients across multiple industries.

    • Conduct research, cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and attend events to generate leads.

    • Develop and present tailored recruitment solutions to potential clients.

  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

    • Understand clients’ hiring needs, business challenges, and culture to provide suitable talent solutions.

    • Act as the key point of contact, ensuring excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Sales Strategy & Target Achievement:

    • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve revenue targets.

    • Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.

    • Negotiate fees and terms of business with clients.

  • Market Intelligence & Collaboration:

    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and recruitment challenges.

    • Work closely with recruitment consultants and delivery teams to ensure successful placement outcomes.

    • Contribute to marketing initiatives and campaigns as needed.

  • Reporting & CRM Management:

    • Maintain accurate records of business development activities using CRM tools.

    • Report on weekly/monthly sales performance and pipeline status.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the recruitment industry.

  • Strong knowledge of staffing/recruitment solutions and service models.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • A valid driver's license (if travel to clients is required).

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Sales, or related field.

  • Existing client network and industry contacts (advantageous).

  • Understanding of temporary, permanent, and executive search recruitment models.

5 - 10 years Recruitment Sales experience

Own Car and Driver License Expect to earn more with us with no constraints or ceilings.
