Duties

 

Spares Administration
Ensuring that all spares orders are captured on Sage X3 System.
Assisting customers with all relevant information.
Ensuring all documents are handed to the filing clerk on a daily basis
Administration of all required documentation and reporting related to this position.
Any other duties as directed from time to time
Prioritising customer service
