Automotive : Quality technician From 2022-09 To Current Duties
- Ensure compliance to manufacturing SOPs, Control plans within the production environment and assist with adherence to Quality Management System (IATF 16949:2016).
- Conduct ISO, VDA based audits, safety audits and track actions related to the implementation of the corrective measures.
- Drive the implementation of quality tools and techniques (such as P-FMEA, DMAIC, SPC, pareto analysis, Ishikawa diagrams) for solving problems and continuously improve the manufacturing processes output and to reduce the non-conformance costs (NCC).
- Ensuring alignment between FMEA and Control plan to the latest method of working.

FMCG beverages : Quality Assurance Technician From 2020-08 To Current Duties
- Ensure product quality is within specification in order to meet customer needs at all times.
- Facilitate root-cause analysis where applicable, for audit findings and verify and confirm adequacy of RCAs for all audit findings
- Ensure compliance to customer and other quality requirements and assist to close-out findings from external and internal audits.
- Liaison with different suppliers of raw materials for improvements and dealing with issues through the Supplier partnership program (SPP).
- Coordinate all corrective actions to eliminate customer product failures and internal not right first time (NRFT) problems by implementing Quick kaizens, OPL’s and QFR’s (Quick fix routines)
- Conduct and coordinate audit activities, which include scheduling, conducting, coordinating, providing relevant resources and administration for the audit teams.
