iGaming : CRM & Lifecycle Specialist From 2024-11 To Current
Duties
  • Own end-to-end CRM infrastructure including campaign architecture, technical setup, player data routing between gaming platform (Fundist) and CRM platform (Customer.io), and multi-channel delivery across email, SMS (webhook integration), and in-platform messaging.
  • Designed and built a comprehensive behaviour-driven player lifecycle framework from scratch, spanning 13 funnel stages, 8 player archetypes, transition signal logic, channel rules, and messaging guidelines across 20+ country and language combinations.
  • Manage active campaign operations across a registered database of approximately 10,000 players spanning 14+ countries, segmented by lifecycle stage, deposit activity, loyalty tier, and language.
  • Produce HTML email campaigns across Customer.io and Fundist, including localised variants across 9 languages: EN, DE, FR, IT, FI, PT-BR, PT, ES, ES-MX, NO.
  • Apply localised promotional infrastructure across multiple currencies (EUR, AUD, CAD, NZD, NOK and others) including promo code management and localised claim link architecture across language variants.
  • Ensure all CRM communications meet compliance requirements and responsible gaming standards embedded within campaign workflows.

iGaming : Marketing Operations Manager From 2023-02 To 2024-11
Duties
  • Conducted a comprehensive platform requirements audit across 7 domains — UX/UI, reporting, security, marketing capability, analytics/SEO, legislation, and technical support, for a turnkey casino build. Audit output became the operational blueprint for platform selection.
  • Warned against Brazil as primary target market based on competitive density analysis (1,000+ competing casinos), low disposable income data, and insufficient acquisition budget. Recommendation was initially overruled, the business subsequently pivoted to Tier 1 markets, validating the original assessment.
  • Led market entry research for Brazil including localisation, cultural analysis, competitor landscape, and emerging regulatory environment with no prior knowledge of the market or language.
  • Built four branded SharePoint sites from scratch: a Marketing Operations hub (with integrated design request, promo request, calendar, budget tracking, and CRM tracker tools), a Policies & Procedures knowledge base with documented SOPs, a New Employee Onboarding portal, and an internal Learning Management System (Hit Me University Training Portal), creating a complete digital workplace infrastructure for a distributed team across three regions. Automated internal workflows using Microsoft Power Automate across leave management, creative brief requests, promotional approvals, and content sign-off processes.
  • Participated in hiring process across a distributed team, wrote job specifications, conducted interviews, and contributed to hiring decisions for content, affiliate, and key support roles.

Duties
  • Promoted to Marketing Manager following the departure of the previous manager, assumed full ownership of the marketing function during a period of significant operational strain and reduced budget.
  • Conducted an independent end-to-end marketing audit covering historical spend, channel performance, site traffic behaviour, and acquisition strategy, identifying a 95% campaign URL drop-off rate as a critical and previously undetected acquisition failure.
