Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, executing, and finalising project activities as directed by the Project Manager.
  • Coordinate meetings, maintain project schedules, and update project plans.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables to keep team members informed and aligned.
  • Help manage resources by assigning tasks to team members and coordinating with suppliers.
  • Monitor orders to optimise productivity and ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare, organise, and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and project reports.
  • Support the Project Manager in drafting proposals and other project-related documentation.
  • Manage communication, including emails and phone calls, with clients regarding project progress and updates.
  • Inform clients on project milestones and ensure they are kept up to date.
  • Prepare collection, delivery, and service notes for project-related activities.
  • Assist with the loading and inspection of orders to ensure accuracy and readiness for delivery.
  • Track project timelines, identify potential delays, and communicate risks to stakeholders to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Matric
  • Experience within the corporate furniture would be beneficial 
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools and software is an advantage.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements.
