Responsibilities:
- Operate and set up CNC and/or manual machines (e.g., lathes, milling machines, grinders, drill presses).
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
- Measure and inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications and tolerances.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal functionality.
- Troubleshoot and adjust machine settings to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including production logs and machine settings.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Machinist or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in operating CNC and/or manual machining equipment.
- Strong understanding of machining processes, materials, and tooling.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Knowledge of precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Familiarity with CNC programming (advantageous but not required).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
