Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Provide technical expertise and support to mechanics and technicians, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, complaints, and ensuring timely service delivery.
- Plan and assign work to technicians, ensuring optimal workload distribution.
- Ensure all repairs and services meet the required quality and safety standards.
- Monitor and manage parts and equipment inventory to prevent shortages and excess stock.
- Enforce workplace safety regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
- Track and analyze service department performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Supervise, mentor, and train workshop staff to enhance productivity and technical capabilities.
