Permanent - Boilermaker - Ekurhuleni (East Rand) - South Africa

Purpose of the Job:

The Boilermaker is responsible for carrying out all steel fabrication, maintenance, and upgrade work. The role ensures that all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards, supporting the smooth operation of production and facility maintenance.

Requirements:

1. Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.

2. Red Seal Boilermaker Trade Qualification

3. Minimum of 1-3 years working experience as a Boilermaker.

4. Must be able to read drawings.

5. Working at heights

6. Scaffold Erection & Inspection Certification

7. Ability to work and solve problems independently.

8. Good communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and supervisors.

9. Fluent in English (Speak, Read & Write)

10. Attention to Detail

11. Flexible and adaptability to rapid environmental changes

12. Must be willing to work overtime when required or if breakdowns occur.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 06h00 to 15h30.
