Coordinate the full patient case workflow — from referral to delivery and setup.
•
Liaise with medical funders for pre-authorizations, quotations, and approvals.
•
Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers.
•
Ensure all clinical and administrative documentation is accurate and compliant.
•
Support the clinical and technical teams to deliver excellent patient care.
•
Dispute and escalate case rejections and firmly motivate for review

Requirements:
•
Essential: Grade 12
•
Nursing, allied health, or clinical background (preferred).
•
Proven ability to work with medical funders/medical aids.
•
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
•
Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
•
Fluency in English and Afrikaans
•
Strong written and verbal communication skills
•
Must have own reliable transport
•
Ability to work well under pressure
•
Display a strong attention to detail
•
Ability to multitask and remain organized
