Job Purpose:

  • To lead and grow the business development function within the hospitality sector, driving strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • The role requires a seasoned professional with deep industry knowledge, strong networking skills, and a proven track record in sales and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy targeting hotels, resorts, restaurants, and hospitality service providers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with hospitality clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align client needs with service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and forecasts to senior management

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in business development or sales within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong network of contacts in the hospitality sector.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
