Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient scheduling, bookings, home visit logistics, and follow-up appointments
- Provide supportive communication with patients and families (non-clinical guidance)
- Organize records, maintain patient files, and assist with documentation
- Track patient needs and ensure timely updates to the clinical team
- Communicate with the doctor(s), caregivers, and external service providers as needed
- Assist with care navigation (e.g., organising equipment, liaising with home-care providers)
- Support end-of-life planning logistics
- Manage whatsapp groups, call logs, messages, patient queries, and practice communication channels
- Ensure compassionate, patient-centered interaction at all times

- Strong administrative and organisational skills

- Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, documents)
- GoodX experience beneficial
- Previous experience in admin, caregiving, customer service, community work, or medical reception is an advantage (not required)
- Ability to multitask and handle sensitive conversations
