Experience and Qualification
- Matric (Grade 12) required
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a call center within an Internet Service Provider (ISP) or Telecommunications Operator.
- Proven knowledge of broadband technologies (Fiber, WIFI).
- Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.
- Strong customer orientation and attention to detail.
