Experience and Qualification
- Matric (Grade 12) required;
- Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, or IT preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a call center sales environment within a Telecoms or Internet Service Provider.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling Fiber, LTE or other broadband products.
- Proficiency in CRM systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage high call volumes.
- Strong understanding of connectivity and technology concepts.
