Permanent - Site Manager (Residential & Commercial) x 2 - Malawi - Malawi

We are seeking senior hands-on Site Managers to manage day-to-day construction activities on high-value residential and commercial projects, reporting to the Project Manager as part of a structured delivery team.

Role Overview

The Site Manager will be responsible for full site execution, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily management of site activities and subcontractors
• Quality control and adherence to drawings and specifications
• Programme tracking and coordination with the Project Manager
• Health & safety implementation and enforcement
• Materials control, productivity and site reporting

Critical Requirements

• Qualification in Construction Management, Building, or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 years’ experience on residential and/or commercial projects
• Strong technical and practical construction knowledge
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades and fast-paced programmes
• Hands-on, solutions-driven and team-oriented leadership style
• Previous experience working outside South Africa or within Africa is a distinct advantage

• The role is based in Malawi on professionally managed projects with full company support.
• The successful candidate will be provided with secure accommodation, reliable transport and all required permits. Malawi offers a stable working environment and excellent regional project exposure.
• The Site Manager will work as part of a structured delivery team under a Project Manager, with access to consultants and head office support.
• The Site Manager will have full authority over day-to-day site operations and subcontractor coordination.
