The Sales Representative is responsible for driving new business growth and maintaining high service standards for existing customers. This role focuses on meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets through proactive outbound calling, appointment setting, and accurate activity tracking. The incumbent will also support customers with service-related enquiries while ensuring full compliance with internal reporting and performance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
- Assist all customers with service-related calls in a professional and efficient manner.
- Conduct proactive outbound sales activities, including cold calling and appointment setting.
- Set and manage weekly sales targets aligned with the overall monthly target.
- Capture all new customer information obtained through cold calling on Custrack on a daily basis.
- Record all sales activities accurately and timeously on Custrack each day.
- Attend all daily sales activity meetings, unless prior arrangements have been made.
- Participate in compulsory weekly telethons every Wednesday from 10:00 to 12:00.
