Description of key performance areas

• Work closely with the ERP Manager to deliver solutions that support business growth.
• Customize and configure Sage X3 to meet specific client specifications.
• Maintain system documentation and develop user manuals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues.
• Provide comprehensive user training to ensure system self-sufficiency.
• Create and modify reports using Crystal reports or other reporting tools integrated with Sage X3.
• Mentor and upskill a junior consultant within the team.

Skills and Experience

• In depth knowledge of Sage X3 modules particularly financial, manufacturing or distribution.
• In depth knowledge of Sage X3 architecture & database structure.
• Strong Crystal reports development skills.
• Formal Sage X3 accreditation.
