We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting the organization’s financial operations. This role requires strong experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP or SAP Business One, as well as knowledge of cross-border and multi-currency transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely processing of financial transactions.
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, including month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Process and monitor cross-border and foreign currency transactions, ensuring proper accounting treatment and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare financial reports, management accounts, and supporting documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and internal company policies.
- Assist with statutory reporting, audits, and regulatory submissions where required.
- Liaise with banks, external auditors, and regulatory authorities when necessary.
- Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
- Maintain and optimize financial processes within the ERP system to improve efficiency and accuracy.
