Job Purpose

To lead and manage the full Human Resources function across the group, ensuring alignment with business strategy, compliance with legislation, and the development of a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Lead talent acquisition, including executive-level recruitment and headhunting
  • Oversee performance management systems and employee development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR best practices
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution
  • Drive organisational development and change management initiatives
  • Oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation structures
  • Provide strategic HR guidance to senior management
  • Standardise HR policies and procedures across all business units
  • Manage and mentor HR team members

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum 8–10 years HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior/managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of labour legislation and HR best practices
  • Proven leadership and strategic thinking ability
  • Experience in multi-site or group environments (advantageous)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

Computer Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and payroll systems
  • Strong data management and reporting skills (Excel reporting, dashboards advantageous)
  • Ability to use digital recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job portals)
  • General IT literacy and ability to adapt to new systems
