Job Purpose
To provide efficient and effective HR support, ensuring the smooth implementation of HR policies, procedures, and daily operations within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment processes (advertising, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Support payroll and benefits administration
- Handle employee queries and provide HR support
- Assist with disciplinary procedures and employee relations matters
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour legislation
- Coordinate training and development initiatives
- Assist with performance management processes
- Compile HR reports and maintain HR data systems
- Support general HR administration and office functions
