Permanent - Estimator - Ekurhuleni (East Rand) - South Africa

Job Purpose:

The Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for each quoted project by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documentation. The role calculates design requirements using tools such as PROKON and internal design load span tables, including PROKON for steel beams, to ensure cost-effective and accurate project estimates.

Requirements:

1. BEng or BSc Civil Engineering Degree

2. Grade 12

3. Experience working with Prokon (Beam Analysis)

4. Be able to read and understand structural/architectural drawings

5. Computer literate in MS Office

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (07h30 to 16h00)
