Requirements:
1. Grade 12 certificate
2. 3–5 years’ experience working on a construction site
3. 2–3 years’ experience in a supervisory role
4. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
5. Ability to work at heights.
6. Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
7. Valid RSA Driver’s Licence
8. Medically fit to perform duties
9. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
10. Demonstrates discipline, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude 11. Proactive and takes initiative in performing tasks
12. Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate effectively
13. Ability to motivate, communicate with, and manage individuals and teams
14. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage professionally with clients
15. Ability to assess situations and respond constructively
16. Understanding of the broader organisational impact of specific activities
17. Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making ability
18. Accurate and detailed reporting skills
19. Willingness to work overtime when required
20. Working Hours: Monday to Friday (05:30 – 15h00).
