- Welcome and greet clients and visitors in a warm, professional manner
- Escort clients to meeting rooms and ensure they are comfortable
- Offer refreshments (tea/coffee/water) and maintain a hospitable environment
- Ensure reception and meeting areas are clean, organised, and presentable
Communication & Switchboard Support
- Answer incoming calls professionally and direct them appropriately
- Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up
- Provide backup support for switchboard operations
Administrative Support
- Assist managers with basic administrative tasks when required
- Manage meeting room bookings and schedules
- Coordinate small office tasks (couriers, deliveries, basic supplies)
Client Experience & Well-being
- Create a calm, welcoming atmosphere for clients and staff
- Anticipate client needs and proactively assist
- Support managers by ensuring clients feel comfortable and well taken care of
