The E-commerce Key Account Manager will take full ownership of assigned e-tailer accounts, driving brand growth, visibility, and sales performance across digital marketplaces. This role requires a strong commercial mindset combined with technical expertise in marketplace optimisation, SEO, and digital marketing execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of allocated e-tailer key accounts, driving revenue growth and brand visibility
- Manage and optimise product listings and catalogue data across multiple digital marketplaces
- Ensure listing accuracy, content completeness, and compliance across all active SKUs
- Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve product ranking within marketplace search results
- Conduct keyword research, mapping, and optimisation to improve search visibility and conversion rates
- Optimise listings for both SEO and SEM, including on-platform search performance
- Support and coordinate digital marketing initiatives, including PPC campaigns on e-tailer platforms
- Collaborate with internal divisions to coordinate product launches and marketing campaigns
- Manage and execute product launches, updates, and enhancements within defined SLAs and timelines
- Continuously improve CTR, conversion rates, and keyword rankings through content, image, and campaign optimisation
- Monitor inventory availability, listing health, and Buy Box performance
- Track, analyse, and report on KPIs, sales performance, and growth metrics to support data-driven decision-making
