Reporting to the Directors
Primary Purpose of the Job:
Financial Manager / full administrative and operational position for the Group (two companies)
Duties:
Monthly management accounts
VAT and submissions
Daily banking and recons
Releasing / payments
Debtors and Creditors
Review of Monthly Debtors age analysis
Review of Monthly Creditors age analysis
Reconciliations
liaising with insurers and renewals of insurance schedules
Liaising with bankers on facilities and banking requirements
Oversee Payroll reports and statutory calculations
Oversee IT and other comms
Management of cash flows
Import, inventory, freight, etc
Arranging of international payments / Forex
Calculating re-order levels and triggers for order of inventory
Stock
Management Reports
Assist and support Annual Audits
The employee will be required to perform other duties not listed in the job description, but which fall reasonably within the ambit of the job description or reasonably within the area of responsibilities of the appointed position
