- Certification in relevant IT fields (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) is a plus.

- Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills to handle multiple IT projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines within the fast-paced environment of cement manufacturing facilities.
- Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication abilities to assist non-technical staff, convey complex technical concepts in simple terms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams within the cement industry.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Analytical mindset to identify root causes of IT-related issues, propose innovative solutions, and implement preventative measures to minimize downtime and maximize system efficiency in cement plants.
