Job Purpose
- To provide administrative and financial support to the finance department while assisting senior management with day-to-day personal assistant duties. This role is ideal for a candidate starting their career in finance and administration who possesses strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Finance Administration
- Capture and process invoices, receipts, and payment transactions.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Reconcile petty cash and bank transactions.
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
- Assist with expense claims and purchase order administration.
- Support month-end and year-end financial processes.
- Prepare basic financial reports and spreadsheets.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and supplier queries.
Personal Assistant Duties
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, and meeting logistics.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
- Take meeting minutes and distribute action items.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain confidential records and information.
- Provide general administrative support to management.

- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Certificate, Diploma, or studying towards a qualification in Finance, Accounting, Bookkeeping, Business Administration, or a related field will be advantageous.
Experience
- 2 years' experience in an administrative, finance, or PA role.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
