Reporting to the Human Capital Manager
Purpose of Job:
To provide support in terms of administration, employee training and day to day training functions to the Human Capital Manager
Main Tasks of the Job:
Give support to all departments on Technical training and non-technical training
Recruit and manage apprentice and experiential learners
Liaise with MERSETA on apprentices and other training matters
Overseeing Electrical and Mechanical Training Interventions
Develop and manage training programmes in line with MERSETA accredite training interventions
Ensure legal compliance on training requirements
Ensuring that the company gets workplace approval for required trades
Implem,ent external and internal training performance dashboards
Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding training needs
Ensure that all statutory compliance reports are submitted
Management of training contracts
Develop technical training courses in line with business technical needs
Develop and monitor implementation of basic technical training for new employees
Get training accreditation for skills needs in the Group.
