- Production Planning according to rate of sale
- Value added range for retail fresh meat products
- Month end stock as well as financials
- Hygiene standards according to HACCP requirements and iso 22000
- Ordering (Dry stock , packaging , Frozen stock range for retail and calculated deboned stock for re sale according to rate of sale)
- Maintain Key accounts and acquire new account relationships
- Ability to work under pressure
- Planograms ( Layout & Range )
- Production Planning (According to rate of sale)
- Best Practice on Shelf life
- Hygiene ( Cleaning Schedules; Temp Recordings ;Suggested cleaning companies and Frequencies of deep cleans and responsible staff)
