Key Responsibilities
Client Portfolio Management
- Manage and service a small portfolio of existing clients.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships through regular communication and site visits.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
New Business Development
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and market research.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into active customers.
- Expand the customer base in line with company growth objectives.
- Attend meetings, presentations, and site visits with potential clients.
Sales & Reporting
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records.
- Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
Internal Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams (operations, logistics, finance, and technical support) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Assist with resolving customer queries or issues in a timely and professional manner.
