Key Responsibilities

Client Portfolio Management

  • Manage and service a small portfolio of existing clients.
  • Maintain strong, professional relationships through regular communication and site visits.
  • Understand client needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

New Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and market research.
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into active customers.
  • Expand the customer base in line with company growth objectives.
  • Attend meetings, presentations, and site visits with potential clients.

Sales & Reporting

  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
  • Track sales activities and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.

Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with internal teams (operations, logistics, finance, and technical support) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Assist with resolving customer queries or issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organised.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel if required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (CRM experience is an advantage).
