Role Overview
A newly created Bookkeeper position within the finance team, responsible for the full banking and cashbook cycle, high‑volume transaction processing, and accurate posting into the general ledger. The role requires a detail‑driven, resilient individual who can manage daily financial operations with precision and take full ownership of banking and bookkeeping administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Full management of the banking and cashbook cycle
- Daily cashbook processing and reconciliations
- Accurate posting of financial transactions to the general ledger
- Managing all banking administration and related documentation
- Handling high volumes of daily payments
- Supporting creditors and bookkeeping functions where required
- Working under the guidance of the Senior Manager for the first 3–4 years
- Transitioning to report directly to the Financial Manager thereafter
