We are hiring a Country Manager to join our growing team in a foreign country. In this position, you will be mainly responsible for managing and supervising business operations and launching and developing production and distribution of the company’s products and services. You will establish and manage marketing and sales strategies, ensure a consistent branding strategy, and research opportunities for business growth and expansion.
Furthermore, your job will be to establish and maintain professional relationships with new clients, partners, government agencies, and other parties to ensure successful and mutual cooperation. You will also research and analyze market opportunities, identify potential target audiences, and establish business proposals. Ultimately, you will manage budgets, create business plans, and regularly report to executives and upper management.

Country Manager Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise business operations and development in a particular foreign country
- Launch, develop, and manage the production and distribution of the company’s products and services
- Establish and oversee operating budgets and create annual business plans
- Develop and manage marketing and sales strategies and increase brand recognition
- Research and implement opportunities for business growth and expansion
- Research and evaluate market opportunities and competition and identify potential target audiences
- Establish business proposals and negotiate business deals and pricing
- Manage and monitor business activities, such as budgeting, forecasts, and resource allocation
- Adhere to policies and procedures, such as financial controls, accounting, human resources, etc
- Develop and monitor marketing plans, such as the design and implementation of promotional material, marketing strategies, etc
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with partners, stakeholders, clients, and other parties
- Implement and ensure a consistent branding strategy
- Collaborate with executives and upper management on strategic initiatives
- Establish teams, recruit team members, and provide training and guidance
Country Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or a similar field
- Previous working experience in leadership or management roles
- A general knowledge base of a foreign country’s economy and industry
- Knowledge of a foreign language preferred
- Willingness to travel and live abroad
- Outstanding leadership and general management skills
