Key Responsibilities
Reception & Administration
- Professionally answer and direct incoming telephone calls.
- Welcome and assist visitors and clients.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Maintain an organised reception area.
- Filing and general administrative duties.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Financial Manager.
- Assist with various office administration tasks as required.
Procurement (Junior Buyer)
- Create purchase orders accurately and timeously.
- Review purchase requisitions and ensure all required information is received.
- Follow up with suppliers regarding outstanding quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, and lead times.
- Monitor outstanding orders and ensure stock is delivered on time.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments regarding procurement requirements.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
