REPORTING TO THE PROPERTIES SUPERVISOR
JOB PURPOSE:
To carry out assembly, testing, commissioning and repair of equipment supplied by the business Division.
JOB FUNCTION:
Compliance:
Quality and safety standards and procedures are followed and adhered to on daily basis.
PPE is used as required by legislation.
Housekeeping is maintained.
Lockout procedures are followed at all times.
Inspection and Repair:
Inspection and repair of equipment to required quality standards.
Necessary checks on all repaired machines and/or equipment are performed periodically as required by Production to make sure they are in a good working order.
Preventative and corrective maintenance is performed as per OHS regulations, quality standards and maintenance procedures.
Breakdown repairs are performed after hours when necessary.
Site report book is signed off on completion of site work, for every site visited.
Product Assembly:
Equipment is assembled and tested according to production drawings and to required quality standards.
Redlining of assembly drawings for Drawing Office feedback.
Liaison with inspectors/customers as required during equipment inspections.
Support with meeting delivery dates is provided.
Reporting:
Manufacturing/supply problems are reported to Supervisor immediately.
Site visit reports are generated and returned to the Operations team within 48 hours of site visit.
Site call report is completed within 24 hours of being on site
